Schizophrenia And Related Disorders Alliance of America (SARDAA.org) improves lives affected by psychosis, including families. We provide support groups, both local and conference call self-help/peer support groups for diagnosed individuals and separately for family and friends. We educate professionals and the public and advocate for improved care and access to treatment including a grassroots campaign to reclassify schizophrenia as a neurological brain disorder that is treatable and requires medical care instead of abandonment and punishment.
Founded in 1979, The Manitoba Schizophrenia Society (MSS) is a non-profit, charitable, community-based mental health organization.
Established by concerned family members, MSS is a “family” of consumers, family members, service providers and friends who support its mission, vision, passion and core values.
