Creative projects used in spreading awareness

Many people use creativity to cope up or express what they are going through. The creativity usually includes art, poetry, journaling and music. It reflects feelings which are else hard to explain verbally. The methods often help in processing strong emotions as well as provide some emotional relief.

Some people also like sharing their creative work publicly. This raises awareness and helps others to see what the condition feels like internally. Creative projects may act as a bridge between personal experience and public understanding.

It is also a therapeutic process that helps in improving mood, building routine and promoting a sense of accomplishment. Creativity is of course a powerful tool during low moments.

Do you use art? Do you write? Do you create music to express yourself? Moreover, have you ever shared the creativity with others? Your journey may inspire others here. Do, do share.

Creative expression of course can say what words fail to convey. I have found writing small pieces and sketching during tough moments helps. It offers calm and clarity to some extent.

However, I have not shared publicly too much. I only do with close friends. Sometimes I do online but anonymously. Sharing feels validating and sometimes it even helps others to relate. It is amazing to know that art can turn pain into something meaningful.

When my head feels heavy with thoughts, I use art as an outlet. I sketch something simple to make me feel calm. When I have too many emotions swirling around my head, I write short notes down. If I want to get calm, I listen to soft music.
