I realize now trying to type this that in my head conversations go a lot smoother. I am in harmony and acceptance with myself. I have Schizophrenia and Chronic Severe PTSD from too many suicide attempts using Diphenhydramine. (sleeping Pills). After 8 years of untreated suffering due to no money and no health insurance I finally made the call to try and get a caseworker. I remind myself that I am not weak or a coward for needing medication on top of meditation and therapy. I also remind myself that I have more than enough self care and love love and know how important it is that I seek a community family to bond with as well as apply for Medicaid, SSI and food stamps. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
