Low motivation sometimes makes simple tasks feel like impossible. However, structure do help to cope up. Breaking tasks into small steps may create momentum and simultaneously may also reduce overwhelm.

Some claims that they plan their day ahead of time. Some even use visual reminders to stay on track. Others simply rely on friends, family or partners. Small as well as consistent routines often make the biggest difference.

Finding personal incentives simultaneously also helps during the low periods. Treating oneself after completing a task reinforces effort and encourages continuity. Motivation usually is witnessed to grow after the first small step is taken.

I approach low motivation by taking small steps. I begin with an easy task and create a short list. When I make progress, I reward myself with small treats. If I need help, I ask for it. These routines help me stay on track during hard times and make progress at a gradual pace.
