It is very true that everyone turns to something that helps when symptoms start to rise. Some rely on medication while others search for comfort in human connection. When things feel out of control, I usually slow down and focus on my breath because it brings me back fast. I also reach out to someone I trust when my mind feels too loud. Everyone has their own way, so I hope people share honestly
