Share achievements and strengths despite diagnosis

Living with schizoaffective disorder is highly challenging. It does not define your potential. Many discover various strengths such as resilience, problem-solving or creativity to manage symptoms and find coping strategies. Recognizing achievements sometimes even boost confidence and simultaneously provide motivation.

It is true that daily victories matter. The victories can be completing a project, maintaining a routine or successfully managing a symptom spike. Some find professional or educational accomplishments rewarding as these shows that their diagnosis does not limit growth.

Have you noticed achievements or strengths in yourself despite schizoaffective disorder? Share here and encourage others to see their potential too.

I can relate to your words on many levels. I too notice daily small successes. I have a general routine that I follow, I seem to cope better with life's challenges and I am able to forgive myself when I make mistakes.
